Yes, the majority of our commercial & industrial floor matting is available in custom sizes. Please check if the mat you would like is available in custom sizes, and submit your custom size request here.

Can I get a free sample of the mat I'm looking for?
Yes, you can request a free sample of many of our floor mats. Submit your free sample request here.

Is there any warranty on your mats?
Yes, many of our mats are covered by a Lifetime, 1, 3, 5, & 7 year warranty. Please visit a specific product page for warranty details on that item.

What is your money back guarantee policy?
We offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all matting. More details here.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Only if you are located in the state of Wisconsin, you will be charged 5.65% of your order total.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the point of sale, since most orders are processed immediately and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. For custom mat transactions, the time & expense of production starts right away, so you credit card is also charged at the point of sale. Of course, we will immediately issue a credit if we cannot fill your order for any reason.

Can I use a check or money order to pay?

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Our prices are already designed to be well below retail, and in addition, we have a 10% off discount promotion that you can take advantage of. However, even though we give you all these price breaks, you can contact us for quantity discounts on orders over $1000.

How can I get a copy of my receipt if I lost it?

What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping prices are amongst the most competitive in the industry. You can find shipping details here.

What methods of shipping do you use?
We use UPS for orders under 150lb. ,and a preferred trucking carrier for order over 150lb., depending on your location. Delivery time is typically 4-6 business days for both methods.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are welcome for orders under 150 lbs. You can call us to confirm.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long before my order ships and how long before it gets to me?
Most stock sizes ship within 1-2 business days, and shipping time is typically 3-5 business days. For custom mats, production time is usually 5-7 business days, and another 3-5 business days to reach you. If you are ordering custom-size mats, please order at least 2 weeks in advance of when you need them.

Do you have rush delivery options?
Yes, we do have rush delivery options, and you can call us to discuss these options. However, we advise you to plan ahead, because you can save a ton of money by using our regular shipping methods.
